God, the divine architect, crafted women to embody both femininity and strength. With tender grace, women nurture hearts and bring warmth to every space they occupy. Yet, within their gentle spirit resides a fierce resilience and a capability to overcome challenges with unwavering determination.

UDUYOU {you-do-you} strives to support you in pursuing wellness: body, mind, and spirit. This is done through healthy lifestyle recommendations and coaching sessions should you need them. The sound bath sessions create an atmosphere to quiet your soul from daily noise and "be still." During these times it is easier to get into a meditative state where you can tune in to what the Holy Spirit might be saying to you.
Our Name
When I was coming up with the name for our company, "you do you" felt right. We are uniquely made by our Creator God, each woman with her own role to play in this life journey of walking with the Lord. "You do you" was not an available site name, but after playing with different variations, I looked into another phonetic spelling: UDUYOU. I discovered the UDU [oooh dooo], is a cherished instrument in Igbo culture. This drum instrument is played during ceremonies, religious rituals, and traditional dances. It is also used in festive occasions and to praise God in churches. Women are the only handlers of this instrument which felt really special to me. I celebrate being a woman, and find joy coming alongside others as we seek to live authentically as the one of a kind women we are designed to be.
Our Logo
UDUYOU draws further inspiration from the lotus flower. This flower is commonly used in the Yoga world, but it is made by God and the characteristics of this plant are inspiring. The lotus symbolizes spiritual renewal, purity, strength, and beauty. Just as the lotus rises above muddy waters, representing resilience and transcendence, we believe that women can overcome challenges and embrace their full potential. Our holistic wellness approach empowers women to navigate the complexities of life by supporting a wellness based lifestyle and spiritual nourishment through sound bath meditation where the Holy Spirit is welcome!
